We’ve partnered with the BLG DRIVEN BY WOMEN™ Initiative to offer a series of legal webinars this summer! View the series >>
What do you do if you’re being sued or you want to enforce your legal rights?
On August 10, we’re hosting Jennifer K. Choi, an associate in BLG’s Disputes Group, who will walk you through the various dispute resolution processes available in BC—from the Civil Resolution Tribunal, to private arbitration.
Jennifer will speak to the pros and cons of each process, and will provide some practical advice for litigating small claims matters, the most common type of small business litigation.
Join us to have your dispute resolution questions answered by an expert!
August 10 | 10am to 11am PT | Free Webinar
Facilitator: Kerrilee Auger, Skills Development Manager, Women’s Enterprise Centre
