Caroline Grover is a serial entrepreneur with vast experience in managing all things business. Through the EIR program, she provides business advice, as well as support and encouragement, to help female entrepreneurs in the Shuswap remain focused on what is important for the success of their business. Her passion lies in helping women answer the questions that may be holding them back from starting their own businesses or further progressing in their current businesses within the Shuswap.
